ThekeYaar connects people building or renovating a home in Delhi NCR with verified contractors, from a single room to a full build. One coordinator is your point of contact for the project and attends the site visit.

Delhi NCR: Delhi, Gurugram, Noida, Faridabad and Ghaziabad.

What work can I find a contractor for?

Civil structure, utilities, building systems, exteriors, floors, ceilings and paint, woodwork and craft, consultants, and homecare and move-in services.

How does the ThekeYaar app work?

Log in with a one-time code sent to your mobile number or email.
Choose a service and your locality.
Shortlist up to three contractors for each service, or let ThekeYaar choose for you.
Your coordinator sets up a site visit, and you review a proposal based on it.
Review each stage of the work and approve it in the app.

How are prices set on ThekeYaar?

Each service group has a published labour rate, so you compare contractors on their experience and fit. The site visit confirms measurements and scope. Materials are separate.

I am a contractor. How do I join ThekeYaar?

Log in with your mobile number, choose contractor and fill in your profile. ThekeYaar's staff check it before you are listed.

Is the ThekeYaar app available in Hindi?

Yes. Every screen is in English and Hindi. The app runs in your browser, and you can add it to your phone's home screen.
